1. Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., pet food), custom products, and sale items, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items
